Unfreezing your account in Shopify

Hi there!

If you installed the Storemapper app through the Shopify app store, but are getting a notification saying your account has been frozen, the next few steps will get you back up and running in no time. This means that at some point someone on your team uninstalled our app from the Shopify admin, this kills the subscription which just needs to be re-activated.

  1. If you don’t see Storemapper in your Shopify Admin > Apps, please re-install it from the App Store here.
  2. Next login to Storemapper by going to Shopify Admin > Apps and clicking Storemapper. You should be redirected to your Storemapper account.
  3. Go to https://www.storemapper.co/plans and select the appropriate plan. You’ll be redirected to Shopify to verify the subscription and then redirected back to Storemapper. Your account should be unfrozen at this point but if not please email help@storemapper.co and we’ll unfreeze it right away.
