If you navigate to your Storemapper page through your Shopify site menu and see that your map is stuck in loading state, then you may have issue caused by Turbo theme “Ludicrous Mode” and you may want to turn it off.
In your Shopify Admin head to Themes > click Customize Theme > Then select Performance > then change it to “Sport” … this should fix it. Below are some screenshots from another customer for the steps.
