Why are my pins not showing on Mobile?
You have enabled your map to be mobile responsive from the dashboard but you have noticed the pins do not load? By default Storemapper does not load any map pins on load when viewing on a mobile device. However we understand that this may not work for everyone. You can override this by toggling off the setting for “Limit stores displayed at map load” in the Settings > Behavior
After you toggle this setting off your widget will load all locations on desktop and on mobile as well. Make sure to refresh in order to see these changes.
We appreciate this is not as intuitive as it could be and we are working on updating the dashboard to let new and existing customers know about this setting.
